Your ticket includes a 3 course dinner prepared and served by NIC’s Culinary Arts students.
Dinner Menu – Mediterranean Inspired
Starter:  Winter Vegetable Mediterranean Salad with Tahini Dressing. Served with Seeded Flatbread

Entree Option 1:  Merquez Spiced Beef Sirloin with Halal Cart White Sauce – Saffron and Herb Rice with Crispy Shallots, Sweet and Spicy Carrots

Entree Option 2:  Roasted Snapper with Za’atar Salsa Verde – Saffron and Herb Rice with Crispy Shallots, Sweet and Spicy Carrots

Entree Option 3:  Vegetarian Greek Moussaka – Vegetables layered with lentils and goat cheese béchamel, Saffron and Herb Rice with Crispy Shallots
