Planning Commission to Consider Amendment of Site Disturbance Ordinance

This week, the Kootenai County Planning Commission will consider two draft amendments to the county’s site disturbance ordinance.  One draft, submitted by County staff, would add variance and appeal procedures to the ordinance.
